About the role
In this role, you will work with all parts of a recruitment process with a focus on attracting new employees to Nitor in Stockholm. This means that you will work with advertising, search and outreach to potential candidates on Linkedin and other social media, in-depth personal interviews with candidates and employer branding projects together with Talent Acquisition and marketing team.
You will be our first Talent Acquisition employee in Sweden and will be involved in influencing the way we work together with your colleagues in Sweden and in Finland. But you are not working alone, the Talent Acquisition team in Finland will be there for you sparring and of course Nitor’s Stockholm team.
Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate would have 1-2 years experience in recruitment from the IT/tech sector. You are also enthusiastic about recruitment marketing and Employer Branding activities. We also value a fearless and curious attitude to learn new things and of course being passionate about people.
You enjoy attracting new talents to our community and are easy to get in touch with people. You can lead yourself forward in your work with structure and quality. It is important that you enjoy a great deal of personal responsibility and enjoy freedom and flexibility. You also have a great interest in agile working methods and want to work in a lean organization without hierarchies and bureaucracy.
