Coaching skills are a vital part of an Agile coaches skillset
In this training, you will learn how you, as a coach, enable a space of openness, learning, and willingness to find solutions. You will also learn how the brain works and how to identify different emotional states. After the course, you can use this knowledge when coaching a person, a team, or an organisation towards a state of positivity and willingness to find solutions. In addition to learning these basics of coaching, you will learn how to create an atmosphere that supports an experimental culture and encourages taking responsibility at all levels of your organisation.
This training covers the main areas of coaching, defined by the ICF International Coach Federation:
Setting up a foundation
Compliance with code of ethics
Establishing a collaborative relationship
Building trust and intimacy
Being present in a coaching way
Posing strong questions
Supporting learning and productiveness
This training is highly practical in nature. After each theoretical section, you will exercise and discuss the topic that will help you internalise and implement the learned content.
The training is suitable for Lean-Agile coaches, who want to learn valuable coaching skills, or for leaders who aim to build a coaching-oriented culture in their organisation. Prior experience in coaching is not required.
Duration of the course:
Distance learning: 4 modules. The duration of one module is three hours.
Maximum number of participants: 15
Minimum number of participants: 8
Price: 940 € (+ VAT) per person
Cancellation has to be done 14 days before the course start to avoid costs. Cancellations made later than 14 days before the course will be charged 50 % of the course price. In case of no show, the total fee will be charged. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
