Course description
The first part of the training provides the basis to teach SAFe to leaders. The final part focuses exclusively on what it takes to successfully implement SAFe outcomes in the enterprise. Certifying as a SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC), and becoming a change agent, enables you to coach and guide the enterprise to succeed in a disruptive marketplace and empower them to implement a lean-agile SAFe transformation and organizational intelligence in delivery.
Certification
After attending this Implementing SAFe, you can take optional SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification exam. The exam duration is 90 minutes and it will be done online. Exam format is multiple choice and there will be altogether 60 questions.
Prerequisites
All stakeholders in a lean-agile transformation are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended:
5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management
3+ years of experience in agile
One or more relevant agile certifications

This course is intended for those who will be materially and directly involved in a SAFe implementation, for example agile coaches.

Face-to-face: 4 training days
