Rami Sirkiä has MSc in Management Accounting and has bridged the finance function and software development function when he implemented a planning and financial system that complied with Scaled Agile SW development. Now he is helping companies to succeed in enterprise level agility.

The Implementing SAFe (SPC) training is for internal agile change agents and external consultants. It provides the tools to implement agile programs and validates their knowledge in agile programs, program portfolio management, agile architecture, and leadership so that they can launch Agile Release Trains as part of an enterprise Lean-Agile change initiative.

Course description

The first part of the training provides the basis to teach SAFe to leaders. The final part focus exclusively on what it takes to successfully implement SAFe in the enterprise. Certifying as a SAFe® 6.0 Practise Consultant (SPC), and becoming a change agent, enables you to coach and guide the enterprise to succeed in a disruptive marketplace and empower them to implement a Lean-Agile SAFe transformation. Duration and structure

This training class will be organised remotely as 8 modules or face to face, 4 modules.

Certification

After attending to Implementing SAFe course, you can take optional SAFe Practise Consultant (SPC) certification exam. The exam duration is 90 minutes and it will be done online. Exam format is multiple choice and there will be altogether 60 questions. For more information, please visit Scaled Agile websites.

Prerequisites

All stakeholders in a Lean-Agile transformation are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended:

5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management
3+ years of experience in Agile
One or more relevant Agile certifications

Target group

This course is intended for those who will be materially and directly involved in a SAFe implementation, for example agile coaches.

Duration of the course:
- Online: 8 training modules or
- Face-to-face: 4 training days
Minimum number of participants: 8
Maximum number of participants: 20

Prices:

Early bird: Helsinki 2795 € / Stockholm 29 500 SEK (+VAT) per person. Enroll at least one month before the course starts.
Normal: Helsinki 2995 € / Stockholm 31 500 SEK (+VAT) per person.
Price includes training materials, test and SAFe Practise Consultant (SPC) certification to individuals who pass the test.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation has to be done 14 days before the course start to avoid costs. Cancellations made later than 14 days prior to the course will be charged 50 % of the course price. In case of no show the full price is charged. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
