Krogell, 46, will assume the role on 2 February 2026. This appointment strengthens Nitor’s strategic position as a partner for business-critical solutions and supports the company’s growth objectives.
Krogell joins Nitor from Vincit Plc, where he has served as Deputy CEO, Chief Growth Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer. Previously, Krogell was CEO of Bilot Plc (which later merged with Vincit) and co-founder and CEO of Motley Agency. Bilot acquired Motley in 2021, which paved the way for Krogell to progress from founding and running a company to holding executive roles in a publicly listed company.
With over 15 years of experience in business development, leading expert organisations, and accelerating digital growth across various market cycles, Krogell brings a strong entrepreneurial background. He has also worked as a consultant helping Finnish companies expand internationally.
