Digital engineering company Nitor has opened a new office in Tampere in January. The company aims to further increase its business operations as well as offer better working facilities for the current and future personnel of Nitor. In addition to the new office in Tampere, the company has offices in Helsinki and Stockholm.

Nitor, renowned for its customer and personnel satisfaction, wants to serve its employees outside the metropolitan area more extensively and attract local expertise to work with its diverse customer projects. The first specialists started their work at the Tampere office right at the beginning of January.

“The new office enables us better opportunities for recruiting new employees. There is a lot of competition for skilled specialists, and the location of the office is a crucial factor. Tampere region is a remarkable and high-quality provider of education in our field. Also, by having a presence in the city, we can naturally offer a better service for our current and future customers operating in the area,” CEO of Nitor Olli Auvinen says.

The success of the company, which increased its turnover by 14 % in 2020, relies heavily on long-term strategic partnerships and customer satisfaction, which has remained exceptionally high over the years. With the new Tampere office located at a central location in the MOW Supernova in Shopping Centre Ratina, Nitor’s plan is to acquire new customers among local companies, starting immediately in 2022. Flexible remote work enables the agile expansion of the local team with specialists from all around Finland.
