Kuvaus

In today’s dynamic work environment, teams often grapple with challenges around resilience and effective communication. Traditional feedback methods, which tend to focus on past shortcomings, can inadvertently trigger stress responses and hinder growth rather than inspire improvement. This course addresses the need for a proactive, forward-looking approach by shifting the emphasis from critiquing past actions to providing feedforward—a method that equips teams with the guidance they need to continuously adapt, learn, and thrive in the face of adversity and uncertainty.

Agenda / Learning Objectives

1. Understanding Resilience: Explore what resilience means and why it’s key to thriving in uncertainty.

2. Feedforward Techniques: Learn how to provide constructive, forward-focused feedback that encourages continuous learning.

3. Conflict Resolution: Apply non-violent communication (NVC) and conflict mediation strategies to manage team dynamics effectively.

4. Growth Mindset & Empowerment: Recognize and foster a growth mindset to transform challenges into opportunities for innovation.

Target Audience

• Team Leaders and Managers

• HR Professionals and Organizational Development Practitioners

• Anyone aiming to enhance team collaboration, adaptability, and a positive learning culture
