Engineering built to last

Great engineering grows from a culture people enjoy being part of. We look after our people, so they can create high-impact digital solutions for the AI era. We don’t expect technology to save the world. We do believe it can be built better.

Every digital solution involves choices. Is it accessible for everyone? How is information protected? When and how should AI be used? How much energy and resources does it require? Will the solution still make sense years from now?

Together with our customers, we build solutions that are inclusive, secure, trustworthy and built to last.

Digital that works for everyone

Digital services touch everyone, so how we build them matters. People expect services that are easy to use, open to all and safe to rely on, whatever their abilities, devices or circumstances.

Together with our customers, we design, build and run digital solutions that meet these expectations. We make sure people can find their way, feel at ease and know their information is in good hands. Because good digital should work for the people who use it.

Security and privacy by design

Trust is engineered into everything we build. Our customers trust us with their ideas, their data, and their users, and we take that seriously. So we build privacy and security in from day one, and we use AI in ways we can explain and stand behind.

Sustainability report

Our responsibility is to keep learning, measuring and improving, and to be open about both the progress we make and the work that remains.

Driving data-driven climate action

Digital has a real environmental impact. We measure our emissions, are committed to reducing them, and are setting science-based targets with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

We contribute to climate and nature-related mitigation activities by supporting biodiversity and environmental restoration in partnership with the John Nurminen Foundation and Finnish Natural Heritage Foundation (Luonnonperintösäätiö).

Thrive first, engineer better

People who feel trusted, supported and encouraged to grow do work that matters. That’s why we look after our people well-being, keep workloads sustainable and invest in their development.

We offer various routes for continuous growth. Academy is where we can deepen our expertise. Core is where we learn by doing together. And the Mentoring Program lets us learn from each other.

We collaborate with Inklusiiv Oy and Women in Tech to create equal opportunities and enhance understanding in diversity, equity, inclusivity, and belonging (DEIB). We've established DEIB principles and safer space guidelines, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all.

Engineering with integrity

Trust is built in everyday actions. We do what we say, own our choices and are open about how we work. We hold ourselves to a higher standard that goes beyond what regulations require, because doing the right thing is how we engineer success.
